Regional Pharmacy Maintenance Allowance (RPMA) Renewal Applications now open

The submission window for RPMA renewal applications has now opened and will close on 13 June 2025.
To continue receiving payments under the RPMA Program, a community pharmacy must submit an annual renewal. In accordance with the RPMA Program Rules, applications received outside this window will not be accepted.
To begin the renewal application, please log into the Pharmacy Programs Administrator Portal and navigate to the RPMA program page for your pharmacy. Once submitted the renewal application will have its status set to pending until the RPMA Payment Matrix for 2025/26 is made available and your allowance amount can be calculated.
If you are applying for the Regional Pharmacy Maintenance Allowance for the first time, please submit a new application via the Pharmacy Programs Administrator Portal.
