Pharmacy wins at National Rural and Remote Health Awards

Celebrating rural and remote health professionals across Australia during Rural Health Month

The National Rural and Remote Health Awards celebrate the extraordinary efforts of health professionals and organisations serving remote and rural communities around Australia. 

Rural Pharmacists Australia extends it congratulations to all the outstanding individuals, teams, and organisations recognised in Canberra at the third National Rural and Remote Health Awards on 5 November 2025.


In particular, Rural Pharmacists Australia recognises and congratulates the team from Pharmacy 777 from the Pilbara Region, WA (pictured left) who won the Rural/Remote Health Employer of the Year Award.


Pharmacy owner and rural pharmacist Laura Stewart acknowledged that building her highly valued team has been a journey.

“I've been working in Karratha Pilbara region for, it's 20 years actually for me this year, so this is just the most amazing gift I could get. I'm so grateful and so humbled and just reading all of the finalists, the stories and everything is so inspiring.”
